1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your course purchase date
- You have accessed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 20% of the course materials
- You have not received a course completion certificate
- You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
- After receiving a course completion certificate
- If you have violated our Terms and Conditions
- If you have shared course materials or account credentials
- Courses purchased during promotional periods with special refund terms
- Corporate or bulk course purchases (subject to separate agreements)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team:
Email us at refunds@ict.net.pk with your order number and registered email address. Subject line should be: "Refund Request - [Order Number]" - Provide Required Information:
Include the following in your email:- Full name and registered email address
- Order number and course name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)
- Confirmation:
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days - Account Deactivation:
Upon approval, your access to the course will be immediately revoked
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- Mobile Wallets: 3-7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Technical issues that prevented proper course access (proportionate to downtime)
- Course content significantly different from the description (case-by-case basis)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
6. Course Exchanges
If you wish to switch to a different course instead of requesting a refund:
- Course exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase
- You must have accessed less than 20% of the current course
- The exchange is subject to the price difference (you may need to pay additional fees or receive credit)
- Contact our support team to arrange a course exchange
7. Installment Plans
For courses purchased through installment plans:
- Refunds are only processed for payments already made
- Outstanding installments will be cancelled
- Any installment processing fees are non-refundable
8. Bundle and Package Deals
For bundled course packages:
- You may request a refund for the entire bundle within 30 days
- Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately
- Promotional discounts will not be recalculated for partial bundle refunds
9. Corporate Training Programs
Refund policies for corporate or bulk purchases are subject to separate agreements. Please contact our corporate training team at corporate@ict.net.pk for specific terms.
10. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course:
- Contact our technical support team before requesting a refund
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues
- Refunds due to technical issues will be processed on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds will be granted for issues caused by inadequate internet connection or incompatible devices
11. Course Updates and Changes
We continuously update our courses to reflect current laws and best practices. Course updates do not entitle you to a refund unless the fundamental nature of the course has changed significantly from what was advertised at the time of purchase.
12. Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Pattern of purchasing, accessing content, and requesting refunds
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Account sharing or reselling course access
13. Discretionary Refunds
ICT.net.pk reserves the right to issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Medical emergencies with proper documentation
- Course cancellation by ICT.net.pk
- Significant changes to course content or delivery
