1. Agreement to Terms

Upon successful payment and enrollment, ICT.net.pk grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased course materials for your personal educational use only.

This license does not permit you to:

• Modify or copy the course materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the course materials
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Registration

To purchase courses, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to the enrolled course materials, including video lectures, downloadable resources, and course updates. Access is provided through our online learning platform and is subject to these terms.

ICT.net.pk reserves the right to:

• Update course content to reflect current taxation laws and practices
• Discontinue courses with advance notice to enrolled students
• Modify the learning platform with notice to users
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Payment Terms

All course fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless an installment plan has been agreed upon with ICT.net.pk.

We accept payment via:

• Credit and debit cards
• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Bank transfer (for corporate clients)

6. Refund Policy

ICT.net.pk offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, presentations, documents, case studies, and assessments, are the intellectual property of ICT.net.pk and its instructors. These materials are protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive an ICT Professional Certification. This certification is awarded based on:

• Attendance of minimum required classes
• Completion of assignments and assessments
• Meeting the minimum passing criteria

ICT certifications are recognized by many employers in Pakistan but do not constitute professional licensing or regulatory certification unless specifically stated.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students or instructors
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Record or redistribute course materials without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The courses and materials are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. ICT.net.pk does not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The courses will meet your specific requirements
• Course completion guarantees employment or certification by other bodies
• All information provided is current, complete, or accurate

11. Limitation of Liability

ICT.net.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
